How to Check Your Order
Follow these steps to find your order information.
Find Your Confirmation
Open the order confirmation email you received after checkout. Keep your order number and the email address used to place the order handy.
Open Your Order
Use the order status link in your confirmation or shipping email. You may also sign in to your account to view your order history.
Check Shipping Updates
If tracking information is available, use the order status page or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to follow your parcel.
Checked Out as a Guest?
You can still access your order using the order status link included in your confirmation email. Depending on the order and verification requirements, Shopify may ask you to confirm your email address or phone number along with your order number.
If you cannot find the email or open your order, contact our support team. Please include your order number if you have it.
